The hand-decorated flip flops and palm trees made this feel like a little beach vacation on a cookie tray. My mom's July birthday party guests kept taking pictures before anyone would eat one.
These cookies were the hit of my sister's beach-themed party—everyone stopped to look at the flip flops and palm trees before they even took a bite. The hibiscus flowers are so detailed you can tell they're hand-done, and the whole tray felt bright and summery the moment I opened the box.
The tropical design is exactly what the photos promised—the hibiscus flowers and flip flops have that hand-decorated detail you don't always get with cookie gifts. They arrived in one piece and stayed fresh for the birthday party, though I wish the palm trees had a bit more color contrast up close.
