Kiitos Iced Cookie Cake

Sent this to my mom after she helped us move, and the "Thank You" lettering on top was done so neatly she almost didn't want to cut into it. The chocolate chip cookie itself was soft and fresh, not dried out like some gift cookies arrive.

Ordered this for my sister's teacher as an end-of-year thank you, and the "Thank You" decoration was neat enough that she almost didn't want to cut into it. The cookie itself is soft and loaded with chocolate chips, and it held up fine in transit.

The chocolate chip cookie cake was a sweet way to thank my dog sitter, and the "Thank You" decoration looked nice enough to set right on the table. Only thing is it's richer than I expected, so slice it thin.
