Sent this to my parents for New Year's and they wouldn't stop talking about the hand decorated sugar cookies — apparently almost too pretty to eat. The two dozen gourmet cookies disappeared within the week, and the basket itself was sturdy enough that my mom kept it for storage.
Ordered the two-dozen basket for our New Year's Eve get-together and the decorated sugar cookies were the first thing to disappear. The gourmet cookies tasted better than I expected for a gift basket, though a couple of the plainer ones were a bit dry.
The cookies arrived fresh and the hand-decorated sugar cookie on top looked nice, but for the price I expected more than the dozen I got. Decent gift, just smaller than the photos suggested.
