The jersey cookies were almost too cute to eat, but the kids demolished them anyway. Little details like the stitching on the baseballs made the whole tray look like it came from a bakery.
Brought these to our end-of-season team party and the jersey cookies disappeared first. The royal icing held up well in the car and didn't smudge, though a couple of the baseball cookies had slightly cracked edges by the time we opened the tray. Still a fun dessert for a baseball crowd.
