The cookies arrived in that signature tin and my kids claimed it as a treasure box before I could even open it. Baked fresh to order really shows — they were soft and chewy, not a stale crumb in the bunch.

Sent these to my niece for her birthday and the tin alone got a big reaction before she even opened it. The cookies tasted genuinely fresh-baked, soft in the middle with that rich caramel sort of sweetness, and a dozen disappeared way faster than expected.

Presentation is nice and the tin feels sturdy enough to keep afterward, but the dozen cookies didn't quite live up to "gourmet" for me. A few were a bit dry around the edges, though the softer centers were decent.
