The cookies arrived intact and the icing designs actually look like the photo, which surprised me for a shipped food gift. My nieces grabbed the turkey-shaped ones before dinner even started. It held up on the table all afternoon without anything crumbling.
Sent this to my parents instead of a centerpiece and it worked better than flowers — the cookie bouquet held up through the whole dinner and the little turkey shapes got passed around the table. Everything arrived intact, not a single broken cookie.
The cookie bouquet made a nice centerpiece for our smaller Thanksgiving table, and the feast-themed arrangement got a few comments from guests. Wish the tray itself felt a bit sturdier, but the cookies disappeared fast enough that it hardly mattered.
