The icing on these is what got me—it actually tastes like real lemonade instead of fake lemon candy. Ordered a dozen for my niece's birthday and she polished off three before we even lit the candles.
The sweet-tart balance on these is spot on, and the icing sets firm enough that the cookies survived shipping without smearing. My kids devoured half the box before I got one, so I'm already ordering another dozen.
I wasn't expecting the icing to actually taste like real lemonade, but that sweet-tart combo hits perfectly without being too sugary. Gave a box to my niece's birthday crowd and the dozen vanished before the cake even came out.
