Sent these to my parents for their 40th and the sugar cookies were still soft when they opened the box. The bouquet-style arrangement made it feel way more special than a plain cookie tin.

Ordered this for my parents' 30th anniversary and the sugar cookies were genuinely fresh — soft in the middle, not stale at all. The bouquet arrangement held up perfectly through delivery, and my mom still has it sitting out on the counter.

The sugar cookies arrived intact and looked lovely arranged in the bouquet, which was the main reason I picked this over a card. That said, a few of them tasted a bit dry by day three, so the freshness window is shorter than I'd hoped for the price.
