The basket arrived packed so the cookies didn't shift at all. I went with two dozen gourmet ones plus a couple of the decorated sugar cookies for my daughter's first day, and the decorated ones were almost too cute to eat.

The hand-decorated sugar cookie on top almost looked too cute to eat, but the gourmet cookies underneath disappeared from the staff room in a single morning. Ordered the two-dozen basket and it was genuinely plenty for the whole front office.

Sent this to my daughter's teacher for the first day and she texted me a photo of the hand-decorated sugar cookie before anyone ate it. The basket of a dozen gourmet cookies was plenty for the whole staff room, and everything arrived intact.
