كعكة هارفست هابينيس بالبسكويت

Brought one of these to my sister's fall dinner and it was gone before dessert even officially started. The cookies stayed soft all evening and the decorating held up perfectly on the drive over. Already planning to order another for Thanksgiving.

The cookie cake was the centerpiece of our harvest party and it looked exactly like the photo. We cut it into slices so everyone got a thick, chewy piece, and it held up well without crumbling.

Brought this to our family's fall dinner and it disappeared before dessert even came out. The cookie base stayed soft instead of crumbling, and the festive decorating made it feel way more special than a regular cake.
