เค้กคุกกี้สนุกกลางแดด

Brought this to a beach cookout and the chocolate chip cookie base was thick and chewy, not dry at all. The little icing waves and flowers got a lot of compliments before anyone even cut into it.

The sunset and palm tree icing on this cookie cake looked almost too good to cut into, but I'm glad we did. The chocolate chip cookie underneath was still soft, and it fed our whole beach-themed party without falling apart.

My kid's birthday had a beach theme, so the palm tree and sunset design on the chocolate chip cookie cake fit perfectly and got a lot of compliments. The cookie itself was soft and flavorful, though the frosting flowers were a bit sweeter than I'd like.
