เค้กคุกกี้มาร์ดิกราส์

Brought this to our Fat Tuesday potluck and it disappeared before the king cake did. The hand-decorated icing held up fine on the drive over, and the cookie itself stayed soft instead of crumbling.

Brought this to our Fat Tuesday potluck and the hand-decorated icing got compliments before anyone even took a bite. Cut it into squares and it held together fine, and the cookie base stayed soft.

The hand-decorated icing in Mardi Gras colors looked nice on the table, but the cookie itself was a bit dry and the frosting was sweeter than I'd like. Fine for a party centerpiece, though I probably wouldn't order it again just for the taste.
